    Time to put ALL the challenges together to create the FINAL CHALLENGE! Here it is and it has 3 parts:

    1. Water-Drink at least 64 oz. of water 5 days this week.

  • Anybody else have friends asking how you're losing so much weight? After you've been sharing your journey since last April? I shared this side by side of my face today of 8/23-4/24, several people encouraged me. And a couple friends messaged me and asked me how I'm losing so much weight? How much I have lost? And am I using ozempic, wegovy, or montjourno (spelling)? Did I have surgery? I told them no, I've been on this journey now for 366 days. When I said no, and told them the work I'm putting in, the changes I've made and continue to make, and that it's a lifelong journey of working on building good habits and surrendering the bad habits for good, they seemed like I let them down? I have to admit I was disappointed. I was hoping they would be encouraged. I think they wanted me to fit into one of those categories? Like if I did they wanted to know about it, but since I didn't they weren't interested in hearing about my story. I have zero clue what any of those weightloss choices go through, I do know any change is hard so I'm sure they struggle as well. I just know this is my journey.
