- So.. I dropped out of the final challenge because I decided mid-week to try going full carnivore for the next 5 weeks. The last 2.5 days I've been primarily eating meat, eggs and cheese to the point of "comfortably stuffed"... and this morning I'm down 3 pounds!! I'm mostly on this for the health benefits, and to see whether it affects athletic performance/overall energy levels, but I was also curious about the fat-loss side of it. So far I think most of what I've lost is just straight-up bloating from all the fiber and water retention on a standard carb/veggie diet, but I feel great and excited to see where this goes...
