Dear dietbet friend- You have been selected because you have inspired/ encouraged/ liked a post/ or in some way helped me and I thank you for that! Now I hope we can help each other-- I am starting a dietbet called Forget the Fudge ( ), and people are needed!! My friends outside dietbet are, for a multitude of reasons/excuses, not joining, so I am appealing to you, my DB ppl who have helped me get down about 60#. I still have about 15# to go. Keep up the hard work. Just an FYI, as I'm sure you've noticed the weight loss will really slow down unless you crank up the intensity. I started out walking 8 miles a day and biking 8 miles a day but when my weight loss slowed down from walking I started jogging and now I run 6 miles in the morning and 5 miles in the evening!! My weight loss really picked up after I switched to only running. Just an FYI if you wanted to kick up the results a little bit. You are doing great though keep up the consistency!!! I have been secretly competing against you and another guy for weight loss!!! Ok, I'm a bit on the competitive side!! Have a great weekend!


Thanks Robert. I am trying to incorporate as much running as I can. So far I can not run much more than 4/10 of a Km without changing to walking but hopefully soon I will be able to up that amount.
