Boyfriend said I feel smaller! Continued avoiding sugar!

Ate less calories in general. Keto meals good but finished period and was hungrier than normal.

Avoid mindless eating. Work out more like I normally do.This week was kinda a wash. Had big stressor or getting house ready to sell and my first child moving out.
