What are your goals for the upcoming week?

My goals this week center around eating the correct portions of food. I generally eat healthy, however the portion sizes are always bigger than they should be. So, my main goal this week is to eat single portions and only after I have decided whether I'm still hungry or not will I go back for seconds. My second goal is to exercise 3 times this week.
