Non-scale victory of the week!

Ate within my 1600 calories on day 1! I’ve been having trouble with food recently and I’m ready to change that!

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Worked out more and done more walking, I was lazy bc I had so much work and didn’t have energy or motivation to do anything! I also ate too much by a couple hundred calories a day for the passed couple weeks, on and off. So my weight loss stalled! I was very worried about gaining weight. But I did good enough!

Eat moderately, avoid, mindless/emotional/habitual overeating, cease eating after 7pm, wake up early for the gym, be consistent all week and lose 2 lbs!
