Thanks Steph! I had thought to take it easy for some time or so, but just as it happens, after three days of having cake every day (my oldest turned 9 and the celebrations stretched over several weekends actually), I need to get back on track as otherwise, all my effort in the previous games just creeps back. So I need to continue my winnings or I will start gaining.

Hello again, Pille!!! It is so fun to find you here. I had a nice loss cause I am trying to make another DietBet goal. I have 3.5 pounds to lose in 4 or 5 days. Out comes the tea, the water, the celery, eggs . . . and LOTS of exercise!!! Hope you add another WIN here!!

Definitely interested. I am part of a large, close, highly celebrative family and often I really struggle emotionally/socially with putting my health needs ahead of my family love needs, which usually involve cake!! With that program, I could plan it in! I have learned at least restraint!

Here we go again, Pille! I'm gonna try my 6th green smoothie for the week - and it's the first time I've ever had them!

Just curious, but why do you insist on drinking them if you don't like them? Aren't they empty calories ;)?

Oh! I just had never tried them before, so it's part of my effort to be willing to try healthy foods. I am eating them for breakfast, so they represent a good choice calorie/nutrient wise for me. And I would say the flavor is fine - I bet within a week or so I might be a convert! I use 1/3 cuke, good handful of spinach, 1/2 apple, 1/4 c kefir, and crushed ice. It is nummy!
