Thanks! I just started last week, but I think I really like it. I was eating the same thing almost daily, and the variety is nice. I don't think I handle carbs well either, so I went with the turbo cycle. I thought I would look forward to the carb days, but they are almost more challenging. I just try to focus on healthy carbs. I did a lot of google searches for menus and meal ideas and looked on Pinterest as well. Good luck!

I can't complain too much--I'm down almost 30 lbs since last November, but some people really can drop weight quickly! Love this bet and the active participants. Good to know we can root for each other! : )

Now THAT'S the attitude to have! 30 lbs is A LOT! Seriously! You have to agree that there are soooo many people who would LOVE to say they've lost 30 lbs in 6 months; but they can't! Yours may be slower than others, but you're losing the weight; that's what's important buddy! We got got this!!

Thanks, Patty. I hardly recognize myself. It has been so long (decades) since I was this weight that I can't even remember. When I get discouraged about how far I have yet to go, I just look at this picture to remind me how far I have come. ????
