Waking up every morning before the sunrises and getting adequate sleep!

I could have pushed myself a little harder on leg day yesterday.

Working out all 7 days. I did a couple lighter days but I kept it going. My sleep was on point too.

Tuesday was a little bit of a careless meal day. I didn't do terrible but my planning was not on point
