I'm excited for this next challenge!!! I won the last one in February, exceeded my goal, but I had just started losing weight and always lose alot in the beginning. My weightloss has slowed down a little, I have added exercise and I do Intermittent fasting. Any advice on what else I can do to reb it up a little? I want to meet the next challenge!

I won the last one and it was my first one back, I too am worried about keeping up the pace as we know it’s quicker at the beginning. I am just going to keep putting in the work and hope for the best.

I used to have a day off of eating healthy, to throw off my body,so I would start losing more weight again,just gotta confuse your body some times
