Workout more! I could have done the 21 day fix extreme workouts last week. I don't want to lose my muscle while losing weight, I'll just end up skinny fat.

None this week really.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Not eaten so poorly after the weigh-ins and made it harder for myself. Now I only have 3 weeks left to make the Kickstarter and it's too late to back out now...Good news is the past two days have been perfect and I've made a plan. If I stick to the plan I'll make the weigh-in. Also, my period is next week I think, so I'm not expecting changes to show on the scale until after.

I am starting to wear medium yoga pants. I'm starting to want to go clothes shopping.

Not binging on Friday and Saturday would have been nice. At least I didn't eat until I was stuffed.
