I’ve done it once before and won! It was only a few extra dollars which meant so many of us met our goals!

So in a sense a lot of us won by losing!

I think I am finally starting to feel a shift in my body reluctantly succumbing to my steady, consistent small changes I have made in the last ten days to my diet and eating habits. 😅
Sometimes it is hard staying motivated when we don’t see immediate results but I have been around this block long enough to know to be patient! Keep trucking everyone.
