I do something similar to Jean, but with olive oil. And you can literally roast most any veggies together! I’ve done every color bell peppers, tomatoes, green beans, squash, carrots, broccoli, onion, etc. I’ve done several of these together and they are so good! What’s great is that it’s sometimes just whatever veggies I have on hand!

Also MyFitnessPal -it’s so easy. And they will calculate macros for you. All for free, of course they will try to get you to purchase more things to use but don’t!
