When my motivation runs dry, I run here. It's a good place to let it all out and think through what I really want. Whether it's listing my NSVs or reading what others are doing or just getting encouragement, I find that I'm usually back w/in 24 hrs. The more I post, read and like, the better off I am. Good luck!

When brownies appear, I've been telling myself "put it away... you can have it tomorrow" instead of "you can be good tomorrow". Usually I forget about it. I really do!! Sometimes tho.. the craving is strong and I'm still thinking about it the next day so I will cave. I'd say 80% of the time though? I forget about the craving and some jerk here in my house eats my brownie. LOL It works out well for me tho so I fain outrage. :D
