I find myself deleting pictures of myself with my daughter, because of my double chin/unflattering angles. I don’t want to miss out on these precious memories because of my lack of confidence. Time to get healthy, gain back my confidence, and become the strong mom/wife/woman I’ve always desired to be. 💪?🎉

I feel this but don’t delete the pictures. I feel like we are so hard on ourselves right after the picture is snapped but you will want to look back and cherish those memories.
For both my kids I made first year shuttle fly albums. My husband told me to grab any pictures I wanted off his phone. I found pictures that my husband took of me and my son right after I had them. I did not recognize myself as that was the heaviest I’d ever been. I had the same response of delete these. Now I’m so glad I have those pictures to look back on.
