Sorry you are having a tough week. Now would be a good time to retrain your taste buds and try to make healthy choices for your comfort foods. Mine used to be pizza now a warm thick (not cream) soup. Try different things until the heathly foods satisfy you.

Glenna it's over 2 lbs for me too. Yes it will take a miracle, but if I lose the $50. I have to blame myself for not being consistant with excercise. So I have lost some weight and a big lesson.

i dont think i have myself to blame... i just think im too small now, my body is at 181 (im big boned and 5"9) losing 7 lbs/month is very difficult at this point.

I BLAME MY BODY. ha ha

A period of not losing weight is normal. Could be monthly water retention or those pickles hanging in there. Also could be good muscle not fat. Your on the right track. BTW if you think you are the first melt down your trainer has seen, i am sure you are not. It's just frustration, again very normal. We all get it.

I'm just so embarrassed... I completely lost it! I think the combo of being single on valentines and the scale not working with me just COMPLETELY got the best of me...

I know.. Those damn pickles! It's such a double edge sword. I crave them CONSTANTLY, but then regret it when I gain weight!

I'm just freaking out because I feel like i'm wasting so much money by going to the trainer... bleh... Just a rough week :/
