Hey Friend! Good to see you again!! Ready to do this?? :-) I did pretty well during the past couple of weeks, but my weight started creeping back up a bit, so I decided I needed to go another round! :-) Let's both win this one and encourage each other on the way!

It was fun to do this challenge with you! I think you have lost a lot of weight already, and in my experience, sometimes the body needs some time to adjust! I will be trying to maintain my new weight for a few weeks after this too before I try to lose anything else! That gives your body a chance to make a new set point! Keep up the biking and the good eating, and jump back in when you're had a chance to breathe! :-) "It doesn't matter how slow you go, so long as you do not stop." I read that somewhere and have applied it often to my weight loss journey! :-)

Thanks Melissa. The first one I did was a fail. A friend and I are biking 32 miles in 2 days, not too much, but it got me going on the exercise. I saw your note - good luck. It sounds as though you have some resolve. I had to just go for it. I have met my goal in 1 out of three. Hope we can both succeed!
