For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

Just won my first time rounds (3 games) today! Final weigh in was this morning. I decided to keep the momentum going and re-join. I still have about 15 ish pounds to lose and want to maintain this accountability. Good luck everyone!!!! This really does work! I love that its no gimmick and no magic pill....just me, being responsible for my actions or inactions! Love it!

  • One baked eggplant - 135 calories + one spoon of cottage cheese on half of it and one spoon of hummus on the other half, then I added paprika and sprinkled with parsley. My dinner was sooo delicious;)

Yes, you’re still eligible! You can’t officially weigh in to any DietBet game until 48 hours before the game starts, that’s why there’s a two day official weigh-in period. I think people can still join for another 2 weeks after that though.

Anyone else have a bad habit of slacking when they see they've lost a little weight? I do and then I get so mad at myself when I start gaining or see I'm not losing as fast.
