Happy Friday! Last weekend of January already… how did that happen? This month flew by. Before we roll into a new one, let’s finish January feeling good and staying connected to our goals.

This weekend is a great time to cook something at home, try a new recipe, or remake an old favorite in a healthier way. Here’s an easy one to help say goodbye to January:

Chickpea Salad Lettuce Wraps
Mash 1 can of chickpeas (drained and rinsed).
Mix in a little Greek yogurt or mayo, diced celery, red onion, tomatoes, avocado, salt, pepper, and any extras you like (mustard, lemon juice, dill).
Spoon into lettuce leaves and enjoy.

Share a recipe you’re loving or planning to make this weekend. Let’s head into the next month strong together.

Happy Saturday! It’s National Peanut Butter Day and for a lot of us, Winter Storm Fern is making it one of those stay-home kind of days..weekends..weeks??? If you’re stuck inside, this is a great time to keep things simple and flexible.

A few easy ways to stay on track while the weather does its thing:
-Turn on music and do a short dance break or bodyweight workout
-Walk laps around the house or go up and down the stairs a few times
-Stretch, do yoga, or follow a quick YouTube workout
-Use breaks in the day to move for 5–10 minutes at a time
-Stay on top of water intake, it’s easy to forget when it’s cold

And yes, peanut butter can still fit today. Pair it with fruit, oats, or toast and enjoy it mindfully.

Stay warm & stay safe out there!

P.S. Initial Weigh-ins are due January 25th if you haven’t done so already.

Even though I’m lucky to be in relatively warm, southern California right now. I love your cold weather movement and hydration advice!

Great tips!
