Workout done, walk done and did good on tbe nutrition. Staying away from tbe night time snacking is a huge goal and challenge, but I'm making this work!

Same! I try to floss and brush after dinner to prevent late night snacking

I bought some zero calorie soft drinks that are non caffeinated like Fresca and squirt. I have one of those as night sometimes or munch on some grapes. I try not to eat or drink anything flavorful after 8pm.

I try to add a nice snack or treat right after dinner so it doesn’t weigh me down late at night but I can still enjoy a treat. I bought some skinny cow nice cream Sammie’s that have helped me - or some fruit when my calorie budget doesn’t have room for an indulgent sweet.
