Oh yay for you! I am a teacher, but only teaching online. Because of Covid, I took early retirement to stay at home with four precious family members so they won't have to live in nursing homes or assisted living centers. My day is busy from start to finish, but I have two things that keep me going - I run on a treadmill and take my dogs out for a walk when my husband gets home from his nursing job at our rural hospital. I have always been moderately active, but after menopause, I can't seem to lose weight. I've been doing WW for two years and stayed within 15 pounds - never losing more than that. I'm hoping for better results with IF so I have an 8 hour window - we'll see how that goes.My doctor is telling me hormones but I am 13 years post menopausal - never could have children due to hormones, but didn't gain weight until menopause. Who knows? I just try to stay happy and healthy. Just wishing I fit back into my pre-menopause size clothing!I notice a lot of people joining more than one game, but it makes me nervous to put that much money out there!I wish you well!

Hi there! I saw your post and I'm glad your hanging in there. I am ahead of this game by 2 rounds right now but I attribute this to the fact I also joined kickstarters for the first 2 months. January was pretty easy, but February was a real bear to win that game. It was very stressful, but I did it. Hang in there. It's about making changes that will last a lifetime. I will be starting another kickstarter next week for March. I finally committed to an exercise routine. I work from home and am pretty sedentary. So I will ride my stationary bike every day this month. I started with 20 minutes, but hope to build up to 45 minutes by end of the month. I also am doing some light weights and sit-ups. My goal is to expand my floor exercises as well. Do you have an exercise routine? How's your meal choices going?

Hi Stefanie,I read your story and felt I would reach out and see if we can support each other. Our stories have some simiarities. I am 55 post menopause and need to lose about 80 lbs. I say that because I don't even really know what I am supposed to weight since I have been over weight so long. But this time, I need to just do this all the way thru and not give up. I am thinking you feel the same way too.
