did well over Halloween - ate the candy but tracked it cooking more which really helps

happy with how I look took 2 minutes off my half marathon time cut off time at night was exactly what I needed

Non-scale victory of the week!

I'm feeling better. I've been lifting heavy again, plus eating out two days in a row - the extra sodium will add to the 2 pound gain.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Kept to my Macros and said no to dessert. If its not special - or homemade - the answer is no. Cook more at home. Plan.

Non-scale victory of the week!

All that junk food available for free yesterday at the ergathon. Had a cupcake, realized it wasn't that good nor worth all the calories. Had a cookie - took a bite, asked myself what I was doing and threw it away.

Not snacked at night

Non-scale victory of the week!

NSV - did not eat late last night although I was a little hungry - still slept better than usual

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I could have not binged earlier on chips and cookies leading to water retention and the scale popping up !

Continue what I've been doing - I'd like to loose another 10 pounds in February - so lots of work ahead.

Non-scale victory of the week!

Gained weight this week - but I know it's not really "fat weight" but bad choices weight - too much salt... makes me retain water - and eating out causes this.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

This week - cook from home - that way I can control the amount of salt I consume.

Non-scale victory of the week!

What an amazing week - after going up over the holidays - I joined 2 Dietbets and decided it's now or never. By sticking to eating mostly protein, and drinking way more water - I've hit some goals I've been looking towards for a long time. Next week under 270 ... and then I'm really on my way.

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I did have 2 slices of pizza this week - the one time I strayed. Did it kill me? No. Was the pizza extra special or was I with some great friends? No. Next time - different choice.

Keep up with the water for sure - exercise, focus on long and steady this week, and do my 5 weightlifting days as well - do NOT skip ab wednesday this week !!

Non-scale victory of the week!

Resisted the sweets around Thanksgiving. Did not overeat. Remembered that my stomach should only be the size of my fist, and only eat that much at one sitting
