Wake me my keys, so that at night I put the treason and that prevents me from snacking

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

Just last night, I’ve been on track 100% the rest of the week but last night I had spaghetti and meatballs and a slice of pizza. While I didn’t go over my calorie count, I also did not have my protein goal.

just deciding to enter another diet bet to get back to where i was pre-surgery was a NSV getting my trackers ready for a successful september

What do you feel you could have done better this week?

I need to stop snacking. I have started tracking what I’m eating again, but until the surgeon allows me to hit the gym I can’t eat the way I used to. I’ve gained over 20 pounds since surgery, still over 100 pounds down from where I started but now I have 60 pounds to lose instead of just 40.

Recovered from shoulder surgery pretty well, went on my first walk today Payne was tolerable

Just because I was in pain did not mean I should’ve eaten like an asshole

get back on track, go visit my surgeon and see when I can start physical therapy and slowly get back to where I was physically meanwhile I will continue to try and cut hard and lose the rest of my belly fat by the end of summer
