Honestly, you cant go wrong with smoothies. The only think I've ever not liked in my smoothie was oats. If you like it, throw it in there and it will be fine :)

Hillary thanks so much for the recommendation on the Polar watch! I am realizing that I wasn't pushing myself hard enough....think it may be a little late for this challenge...it's still doable but not when I can only squeak in 30 min workouts with my work schedule :( But right now I'll take any weight loss...I still think that's a win! Keep up the great work!!!

I loved your pic of your workout on the polar watch. I have been looking at them. I wanted to know what model polar watch you have and do you like it? Is there another type you wished you got?

Thank you so much! I was looking on Amazon but I will take a look at Best Buy...they are right across the street...that would be super convenient!

No problem, I saw the price online for best buy but if you show them they typically will honor the online price if there is a difference.
