I am also doing a step bet. I have to get 4 active days and 2 power days a week. 100% performance or I’m out! I find that pretty motivating.

I dropped my daughter off at school then came home and did a walk to make the rest of my day easier.

Just force yourself for a week and you will start to want to wake up earlier because you will feel so much better for doing it.

1 goal this week is to set a better sleep schedule for myself. I know if I establish that small goal it will be so beneficial not only for me but for my family. Especially my kids. Small attainable goals.

  • Hi everyone!! I’m just wrapping up another Transformer that started last July. Everything changed for me that day. I’d been yo-yo’ing for so long. I’ve finally found a sustainable and realistic way to be fit and lose weight, and have never felt better in my body. The transformer was a goal of 10% bodyweight lost and I lost 15%! I was shocked. Here is a pic of me already a good 12 lbs lighter than the start date of the challenge compared to today ????

    I figured what better way to continue than to do another Transformer? So here I am! We’ve got this! 🙌????💪????
