I am also doing a step bet. I have to get 4 active days and 2 power days a week. 100% performance or I’m out! I find that pretty motivating.

I dropped my daughter off at school then came home and did a walk to make the rest of my day easier.

Just force yourself for a week and you will start to want to wake up earlier because you will feel so much better for doing it.
