Man I was horrible this week with diet and exercise. What does everyone do to keep motivation up because mine is no where to be found lol. HELP 😳

Don't dwell on the past, just make small adjustments to get back on track (ie. add 10 minutes to your exercise & deduct 100cal of your daily intake), and just focus on your future healthier/happier self.

Same. This bet has helped me from spiraling, grateful for that. But I’m learning to accept the consequences of my choices without shame…which has not been an easy lesson to learn. Gotta just keep moving forward!

We have all been there. Good job being accountable, then get back at it. Don't throw it away over a bad, day, week, month...just keep going. Took me years, but I am now less than I was before my third kid 12 years ago. I'm turning 40 this year so have been working really hard to hit my goal before my birthday. Hope you have a great month.

Frustratingly weight hasn’t budged for a week. I haven’t yet given up but it sure is demoralising. Do you guys weigh everyday or are you able to hold out for say once a week?

Once a week. Our bodies are sometimes slow to drop weight. Do not lose heart. Consistency matters.

I weigh everyday but that just keeps me motivated to eat healthier because when I see if move up or down it gives me determination to try harder.

I am also doing a step bet. I have to get 4 active days and 2 power days a week. 100% performance or I’m out! I find that pretty motivating.

I dropped my daughter off at school then came home and did a walk to make the rest of my day easier.

Just force yourself for a week and you will start to want to wake up earlier because you will feel so much better for doing it.
