You've done some deep soul searching and have discovered reasons why you are where you are. Now, what are you going to do about it - or the bigger question, are you at the point yet when you are READY to do something about it? For many years I was at the 'I've got to lose weight', I've got to do something' stage, but never did. You've got to get to the point where you're ready to DO. Great post. You sound like you can accomplish whatever you set your mind to. Don't be so hard on yourself. We all slip up and make bad choices with food, we're human and it happens. Don't beat yourself up over it if and when it happens, remind yourself you're not stuck in a Groundhog Day time warp (thank goodness!) and that being healthier will enable you to outrun an alien that wants to perform weird tests on you ;-)
