I gained 70 lbs after receiving my RA diagnosis, then getting the news my mother was terminal. I had lost the 70, then recent issues with my RA over the last year and need for Prednisone caused weight gain, 30lbs. Looking forward to shedding the lbs!

Thanks Adrienne121:-) Glad to hear you have found a way to help ease your pain, too. Great news that you are in remission!!! It's so hard since stress exacerbates it, then you're told "don't stress". It is so important to find what works for you. Have a great day :-)

Thank you, Vicki. Funny, things you don't realize as a kid, that you gain perspective on as an adult. Good luck to you, too :-)

It sounds like you are really moving forward. Some people have good intentions they just don't know how to go about helping in the right way. I so remember that diet and have done it myself-the things we do to our bodies. Let's change that though and feed our body to fuel it to make these the best days yet. Best of luck!

Thanks, Vicki. Best of luck to you, too :-)
