I am a brand new indoor exercycler, thanks to a physical therapist. I love it and am hoping to win one of the prizes! Mine is a very large old thrifted blessing of a Schwinn and definitely does the job!

I felt like I started off well today! 2 x 30 min workouts (am & pm). I counted all my calories and made some pretty good choices! I’m hoping the momentum continues… 💨💨💨

Momentum of success is very motivating! And for me, committing to stick in even when the scale or my food choices are not what I aspire to. If I keep going no matter what, I always achieve health gains and lose weight in the long run.
