I work out or exercise six days per week most weeks, fast through breakfast, and plan healthy tasty dinners with mostly salads and veggies for lunch.

I managed to get in nine out of my 10 veggies yesterday. I am doing this through Sunday and to be honest, I think it's been kind of a distraction to my DietBet! I'd like to do some fasting and very low calorie days and I need to concentrate on that rather than just managing to get in all these veggies! 😁

I plan on doing a longer than I’ve ever done fast early next week! I’m a little nervous but also excited!! Good for you on veggies though! That’s never a bad thing!

Yep - Kristina’s right - veggies are rarely a bad choice. I bet you could fit them in a longer fasting window like 8 hours.

Wow! Water only fast?! That’s impressive. I’ve never gone over 24 but I plan on trying a longer one early next week! Any tips??

My only tip would be just do it. If you don't fast as long as you wanted then reset and try again . I'm about 72 hours in..

I did! 15 minutes on the exercise bike, and then all my therapy exercises AND the stretches! I struggle to get those in and they really make a difference!

Beautiful! Running is my favorite thing to do outside. My scenery is not as good as yours!

Are we really only 17 days away from the end? Time flies when you’ve got goals. My blood pressure is down y’all! Like I went from my doctors and I being worried to totally normal and healthy in 2 weeks. That is so rewarding! Plus a relief!!

  • I had a wonderful trip with my husband to Joshua Tree National Park for a few days last week. We did a lot of hiking and I kept to my plan but did enjoy a snore around the campfire. Overall I’m down over last week - that feels good!
