I want my body to be able to do what I need it to do without hurting. You know, like to be able to give myself a pedicure without pulling a muscle. I know what I'm capable of, and right now, I'm not living up to my potential.

Something I'm working very hard on. I'm so glad I've found DB, not only to keep me accountable but also for showing me there is a better way..... I'm not alone.... & there are many many ppl dealing with the same things I am. Thanks for sharing. I've found so much inspiration here. We can & will do this ....together ;))).
