Get a calendar and a red marker. When you exercise for the day, put a red X on the calendar. Try not to have two no X days in a row. Once you get a string of them going, you'll really want to keep it going and not break the chain, even if that means a short workout just before bed. I read about this somewhere for exercise. It was originally an author (forget which but you'd know the name) that did it for writing. I think it works well psychologically.Good luck. I'll be waiting for updates.
