Hi Stacy~ Your blog really struck a cord with me, I too can not believe the weight fluctuations I am able to achieve. It was here though, on Diet Bet, (I am new, doing a few games now for 1st time), I saw other people talk about gaining 10- 20 lbs over a holiday or in a relatively short period of time! We all know it is painfully slow to loose weight but, Holy Cow, it is so easy to pile it on! I found comfort seeing other people talk so freely about a humiliating weight gain, and learned to respect their honesty. (I like to hide my weight gain like no one else can tell. Ha, ha, ha.). People say something to you when you lose weight but thankfully not many people comment on weight gain. But we know in our hearts it has happened again, & we carry not only the weight, but the personal frustration of being weak in some way. I believe Diet Bet is an exceptional tool for keeping yourself real. And, now I feel surrounded by friends who inspire me to keep trying! Good luck to you!! :))

Interesting post. I know I play one last game on my phone in bed, when I should be closing my eyes. I think I will try the same thing. Perhaps I will set an alarm on my phone that says "put me on the charger and recharge yourself!"
