Preparation. Planning. Organizing. Goal setting. The foundation of success. Fail to plan, plan to fail. Signed up for the beginners shred diet bet , check. Signed up for tough love support group so there will be no excuses. Created profile and attainable goals, check. Check. Now the tough part for me is meal planning, packing a lunch and shopping to make it all happen. So that will be my goal this week to have a month meal plan created. Keep it simple. Keep it real.

Official weigh in completed. I need to lose 10 pounds over the next 28 days. 80 pounds total goal as far as putting a number on it. My over all goal is to have more energy, be fit enough to participate in activities. Right now getting down on the floor and back up is a struggle. Going up and down stairs is a struggle. I got off the couch and tried it, seriously. Tears, fears but now getting in gear.
