Practice makes progress, regular practice and make sure technique is correct to avoid strain or injury (advice for the push ups)

I too met my goals today for my first dietbet, I am doing the 6 months transformation now,I really wanted to do the 6 months one for I know it will help me develop permanent and healthier lifestyle changes.
