I need to stop eating after dinner and I’d love it if my refrigerator door handles and pantry door would just ‘zap’ my hands every time I try to open them after dinner-Haha!!! Oooffff-the struggle breaking bad habits is real. I know I can do it-going to replace that habit with getting up for a treadmill walk, or doing a chore or two, reaching out to chat with someone I haven’t spoken with in a while, etc! I can do hard things!

  • Finally remembering to post here. Week 1 was rough starting out day 2 with a cold but I'm on the mend.
    Today's workout was W5D2 25MST upper body.

  • Day 1 in the books

    Keeping with my current program. Today's workout was W4D2 25min Speed Train- lower body burnout. Love leg day! Love it even more when there's 2 in a week.

    Protein shake for breakfast
    Grilled chicken wrap for lunch
    Eggroll in a bowl for dinner

  • Day 1/28 done. Did LM Legs as scheduled. I had never done LM before so I didn’t know the format. The last few hiit movements he was counting down the timer to push through and I kept thinking I would be done but they he added another workout or then it switched to core. OMG I was dying. Lots of modifying through HIIT and core and lots of weight changes in the strength but I pushed through all 46 min as best as I could. That was a longer workout than I’m used to and also never consistent with anything so it was a struggle but I was proud to push play regardless!! This DietBet is going to challenge my consistency for sure!! Great job showing up today team!!

LM can definitely be a shock to the system if you've never done it before. Just remember that a modified workout is just as effective. It's not the amount of work that matters, it's the effort. Way to go pushing through and getting it done
