  • Struggled a bit the last week or so because it was my birthday/valentines so I had quite a few events/outings with my friends/daughter, lotsa cheat meals. As someone with Celiac, there are certain meals I miss and can't easily find unless I make them myself, so being able to enjoy eggs benedict was one of my birthday treats!

Eating out and meal prep was the hard part but luckily I stayed consistent with workouts and will try to do it this week as well with better meal prep. Let's get it!

  • My motivation to get strong and fit is my upcoming birthday. I’ll be 39 this week and I committed to being in the best shape of my life by 40.

By the end of this diet bet, I’ll be at my “wedding weight”, hopefully with more muscle mass.

I doubt it. My spider senses are saying not real.

@sharon t - the strong lady is certainly real - but I’m not sure who that other woman is. For me she’s just the manifestation of my fears ;)

  • 🌺 Happy Monday, Aloha Transformer Crew! 🌺

The energy in this game is incredible! I hope you're off to a solid start. If you haven't already, now is the perfect time to set yourself up for success.

    ✨ A Simple Formula:
Set Your Goals > Make a Plan > Do the Work > Crush Your Goals

Take a few minutes today to choose one or two personal goals and write down a simple plan for the week. Writing it out (even in your notes app!) makes follow-through much more likely.

    💡 Keep it simple:
    Plan meals or snacks
    Schedule workouts
Set a daily water or movement goal

    💬 Let’s talk:
What’s one goal you’re focusing on this week and how do you plan to make it happen?

We’re cheering you on every step of the way.

Drink more water!

I'm staying away from all processed foods by planning my meals ahead of time. Another goal is 30 minutes of exercise each morning, making that work by planning out my day. Seems easier when you have things planned.
