Hi Everyone! How's it going?
Weigh-in is near and I am needing to be extra careful about what I eat and do. Still have a few lbs to lose.
I was lacking sleep for days; pushing myself to the max to keep up with life. And the scale was slowly creeping up. But I finally got a nap and decent night's sleep last night! ππ Lost a little weight just doing that. (My favorite way to lose weight, BTW π)
I plan to prioritize sleep between now and the finish line.
What plans do you guys have? Are you all close to your goals?
