I would like some ideas on how you are planning to get rid of your 4% extra weight in 4 weeks?
I count calories, consume max 1400 cal a day, and track my macros. I walk 7500 steps a day. I exercise 5 times a week for 30 min. Lets see if I achieve 1 week goal.
I have 3 days of strength training with a 20min cardio warm up, 1 day cardio only and one day grab bag either Zumba, yoga or boxing class.
I log all food, including candy and desserts. I have started to prioritize protein with a goal of 140g, 120g carbs and I don’t really count fat. Water is a must since I live in the desert and I’ve started incorporating at least 1 packet of sugar free liquid IV. Also cut beef and pork out of my diet at least for now for religious reasons, maybe longer if I can. That means I’ve been getting a lot of lean protein from fish, chicken and turkey. I treat calories like a budget sheet.
This plan helped me win my last DietBet even it was by a sliver. The longer I can keep it going the stronger of a habit it becomes.
