How do you verify the weight loss?

For all official weigh-ins, you'll be prompted to submit your official starting weight. Our standard weigh-in process involves you submitting 2 photos: one of you standing on a scale in lightweight clothing (no shoes, hats, belts, watches, coats, or outerwear), and another of the scale’s readout with your weigh-in word written on a piece of paper.

What you'll need

  • A scale (preferably digital)
  • A digital camera or smartphone
  • A full-length mirror or someone to take your photo

Hi Everyone! How's it going?

Weigh-in is near and I am needing to be extra careful about what I eat and do. Still have a few lbs to lose.

I was lacking sleep for days; pushing myself to the max to keep up with life. And the scale was slowly creeping up. But I finally got a nap and decent night's sleep last night! 😀👍 Lost a little weight just doing that. (My favorite way to lose weight, BTW 😄)

I plan to prioritize sleep between now and the finish line.

What plans do you guys have? Are you all close to your goals?

I love sleeping to lose to weight but isn’t it funny that good sleep is harder to get than gym time? I’m about 1.5 lbs away from goal. i think I should be fine if I just keep on track between then and weigh in. 10k steps a day, plus lots of water, and some weight training (very light weights)

Sleep is sooooo important. Keep up the good work!
