Hi - I'm not sure if anyone answered your question about fruit. I read on their website that you can have fruit on your low carb day but only in the morning when you are allowed to have carbs. They list out what fruit you can have in the morning. On your high carb days you can have fruit in all meals if you want as long as you stay within the calorie budget. http://chrispowell.com/highlights/

Thanks so much for your info. as I was a bit confused...now I can have an apple or a banana for breakfast on my low carb day :)
