My weigh-in word was garlic twice in a row. Hope that’s a normal thing and doesn’t mean I’m glitching this round lol. My sons are trying to gain weight so they check the scale a couple times a month and I still remember one of them exclaiming “GARLIC?!” from the last weigh-in lol.

You’ve got this! Thanksgiving food doesn’t taste any better on the fifth bite than it did on the first. I think the biggest thing with thanksgiving is that everyone salts everything so heavily we just end up with so much water weight. I’m going to bring a lightly salted side, and drink a bunch of water with lemon juice to help me not get water logged lol.

I like the lemon water. I love salty foods, but I can at least try to flush it out a bit. And smart about not overeating! You can definitely taste everything but not gorge yourself.
