The salad kits! I'm really bad at food prep so it's convenience for me. I use half of one and add chicken. Super easy, filling, and they come in different flavors so doesn't get old quick.

I do the salad kits too and I add two eggs for protein. However they are very high in calories (700 for the salad and eggs). There are some good frozen meal options available here (I avoid the pasta based ones) and I bulk them up with some extra veggies for about 400 calories total.

I NEED HELP! I have NEVER weighed this much and nothing is working. Any suggestions. Also not rich so can't afford outrageous suggestions.

Cheap but great ideas for losing weight. My wife is Russian, and they're huge on soup. Small breakfast, soup for lunch, dinner.

Think about it: Soup IS mostly water. Try to make it at home so you can control the sodium. Do at least a 15 minute walk every morning and evening on top of whatever workout you already do. We always walk after dinner, to help the food digest and settle.

The biggest help for me is to track my calories on my phone. I know if I'm trying to cheat by not putting something in. I don't want to cheat myself so I'm honest. When I see that I'm getting off track, I can correct right away. It's tough to see that you're eating more than you thought but it really is helpful in identifying where your food triggers are. I suggest getting an app that has the ability to scan food UPCs. That is so helpful with getting the correct calorie and nutrient count. I also always drink water before I eat. It helps me start with a partially full stomach which means I don't overeat.
