  • I don't have much hope in winning this bet. I'm currently going the wrong direction on the scale. It's been a crazy month and my body is noticing. I just keep reminding myself it's a journey not a race. Now that everyone in my house is healthy, I'm ready to truly focus again. Goals for this week: up my steps and drink my water.

    On a positive note, I said goodbye to my seat belt extender!

Hi! Can we talk about some GREAT habits you will be starting over the next 4 weeks to help you loose 4%? I know Brittany preaches JERF but my mind tells me I need to log and calculate my macros to make sure I am at a loss.

Some of the healthy habits I will be stacking
💦💦Week 1- WATER! Fill my 40oz cup 3x at least! =10oz an hour for 12 hours 🎉🎉
7am-11am first 40 oz
11am-3p 2nd 40
3-7pm 40oz

I am exercising at least five days per week, eating more veggies and tracking my food, and drinking about 100 oz of water every day.

Hi everyone! It’s finally time to weigh-in! If you’re not home and you had plans this weekend, that’s ok! You have 16 days to weigh-in. Just make sure that in your full body photo the scale, your toes, and full body is visible in the photo.
You can have someone else take the photo for you or you can take a picture of your reflection in a mirror.
Then, make sure to get a close up of your feet on the scale with the weigh-in word. This is how DietBet keeps people honest.
