This week the challenge for our work wellness challenge is no more than 2 cups of caffeine a day! I was a life-long Mt. Dew drinker until a year ago (I'm actually 15 months without it) and I have sort of 'replaced' that with Arbonne Fizz sticks and a nightly Bubbl'r (both have caffeine). I know I need to drink more water, but when the temps are in the 20's-30's like they will be this week, I don't care for it as much. The hardest time of day is lunch/afternoon. I'm a teacher and I hit that afternoon slump. Any advice on that time of day? I do like tea and have my electric tea kettle at work so it's easy to make there. Sometimes I have tea in the morning (at school) instead of water.
My current caffeine intake schedule: wake up: 1 arbonne fizz to take pills + green smoothie for breakfast (thinking of just doing water here?)
lunch: arbonne fizz
prep/PM slump: sometimes another fizz stick
evening: bubbl'r
