  • Day 1 - yesterday, was tough! I am running for public office and am eating on tithe go most of the day. Last night I had a Meet and Greet in a bar. The food was fantastic, but everything was deep-fried or breaded. I ate 1/2 a sandwich (patty melt) and less than 10 French fries. I don’t drink, so I avoided that! Overall, a good day!

My I suggest protein bars in ur car or literature bag - even a few bites can take the edge off ur hunger. I’d bet w/ campaigning, ur eating schedule gets mixed up n U arrive at a function overly hungry?

  • I’m 60 and my husband is HORRIBLE at taking pictures, but I think I’m in! I am in SW Ohio and need to get back in shape! My goal is ultimately 175 pounds. Today, I weighed in at 200.8. I have a Peloton bike, Bosu ball, a bicycle, and great shoes. I just need to force myself to use them!

Great Picture! I did exactly follow ur intended path. I had a sit-down job for two years. I was about 175-180 when I started work. Since this was a retirement job (1st retirement was 2009), I would joke that I didn’t have a retirement ‘date’, I had a retirement ‘weight’. When I could see 200 on the scale, I DID retired. I’m down to 155 so I should b able to knock off another 10. YOU CAN DO THIS!
