    I had a touch of an ED. I was obsessively counting calories, running 50 miles a week. I was tired all the time. I’m trying to lose the 20 lbs I’ve gained without falling into that cycle again. I’m down about 4 lbs into this DietBet!

I’ve always found that detailed calorie counting becomes an obsession for me as well, instead of just staying in deficit it would become a challenge to have as low a number as I could. It’s really good to be able to recognize the things that don’t work or even do harm. You’re doing great! And very inspirational! Thank you for sharing. :heart:

  • I have a treadmill under my desk. This is how I spend the majority of my day. Exercise is so easy for me. Eating correctly is the struggle. 😂

Same! I’ve been consistently working out for 4 years now but the nutrition piece keeps me struggling!

I got one too, but it’s not under a desk. I just liked the low profile and ease of storage since I live in a relatively small apartment. I like to use it while I watch a couple episodes of a show or something enjoyable that makes the time really fly by!

No. I took up running. I’ve run multiple 5ks, 10ks, and half marathon.
