  • I mentioned already losing 65+ lbs and gaining a little back.
    Top right- before
    Bottom right- my lowest or close to it.
    Left- last weekend

    I had a touch of an ED. I was obsessively counting calories, running 50 miles a week. I was tired all the time. I’m trying to lose the 20 lbs I’ve gained without falling into that cycle again. I’m down about 4 lbs into this DietBet!

I’ve always found that detailed calorie counting becomes an obsession for me as well, instead of just staying in deficit it would become a challenge to have as low a number as I could. It’s really good to be able to recognize the things that don’t work or even do harm. You’re doing great! And very inspirational! Thank you for sharing. :heart:
