I've been doing this since July 11th I've lost 101 lbs so this is harder now! I'm plateauing and it's driving me crazy! I was 303.3 I'm now 202.3 but now it's hard!!

Good for you! You obviously know what you’re doing but are you getting enough protein/protein at every meal? Adding in strength training? You got this!

Do something different to shake it up. Consider intermittent fasting or change your eating or exercise schedule.

  • I’ve been so busy that I haven’t had time to meal prep. I keep these handy for days like today. I don’t like to eat a lot of processed food, but today this was the best I could do.

I allow myself to have those things. At the end of the day, I'll have either one, maybe two Dove Dark Chocolates or a little mini ice cream drumstick (130 cal).

I have found healthier versions of the stuff I crave. Like Greek yogurt mixed with protein powder, topped with a little melted chocolate and coconut oil to make it harden like a magic shell. I find food bloggers on Instagram that make healthy snacks and save those reels for when I have a craving

I’ve struggled all of my life with weight. I’m so tired of worrying about if a seat will fit or if my outfit will fit.
I’m about to go kayaking with a friend and I’m worried I won’t be able to fit in the kayak.
I sure hope this diet bet will help keep me focused and trying my best.

  • Who else worked out today?! Started my day with some cardio & I always feel so much better after. I also had the gym to myself because early bird gets the worm so that was an added surprise! We got this guys!
