Okay, I am ready for this round! I have had so much stress from things outside of my control, but yet being in the middle of it all. I lost myself along the way and honestly got to a not so good place. I see my Doctor next week and will probably ask for medication again for depression as I have really been struggling.
The past week I have been doing much better, tracking my food, on my 3rd day of IF and feeling good. And finally pushed past the mental mountain I create and did a 30 min workout. I felt so much better afterwards, so I need to consciously remind myself how good I felt afterwards and if I can just get past my mental hurdle to get to the mat and press play, that it's so much better for me.
I recently joined Weight Watchers to try and help keep accountable, but haven't gone to a meeting yet... and the points do confuse me a bit.... but I am tracking there, then a friend asked me to track in My Fitness Pal so we can keep eachother accountable, so tracking app #2 haha and if that's no enough, I subscribed to the Simple app for the Intermittent Fasting, so I track there as well. Obviously tracking in 3 places isn't ideal, and I will consolidate into one once I decide what is working for me. I have paid for WW and Simple so I will use for now :)
My goal is to try and find healthy meals ideas and try to prepare things like baked Oatmeal muffins, healthy muffins, etc. And to try to get in min 3 workouts a week and try to get steps in.
